Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

For my peace of mind and yours, all orders will have tracked delivery. At the moment, Little Red is shipping from Dalby, Queensland and dispatch timeframes will be within 1-3 business days, with the shipping on top. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Australia: $10 AUD for standard shipping (5 to 10 business days) or $15 AUD for express (1-3 business days). Orders over $50AUD will be eligible for free standard shipping.

  • Rest of the world : Shipping rates are calculated on checkout, you can choose your carrier. If you are struggling to find an affordable carrier, contact me and I can do some research my end.​

Shipping timeframes exclude order processing and dispatch and any delays due to COVID or other crazy events. The timeframes above are the estimates from the postal service. 95% of orders reach within the above times. However, due to random custom checks or during festive periods, delays may occur. Please understand that these shipping times are estimates and I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.

 

If you require priority shipping, contact me before you place your order and I can research carriers and costs. Custom orders can take between 1 to 4 weeks. You will receive an email shortly after placing your order giving you an approximate delivery date.

If you require your jewellery by a certain date, please email hello@littlered.shop prior to placing your order and I will do my best to meet your request.

Little Red is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and Little Red is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.  All jewellery is sent with tracking. If the tracking information says the parcel has been delivered, Little Red is not responsible for any lost packages. If your order is sent back to me by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. I cannot accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.

RETURNS

All items at Little Red are made to order and handmade for you. The colour of goods as shown on the website may vary slightly in shade in real life and they are handmade, so there will be slight imperfections.

Due to the items being considered custom, all goods sold are non-refundable, therefore refunds are not offered for change of mind. For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns, exchanges or resizing on any pierced earring styles. The size and dimensions are provided in our product descriptions and you should look over these to avoid disappointment – or contact me before you buy.

PACKAGING

All items are well packed in padded packaging to ensure they are safe on their travels to you. I like all my customers to feel like they are opening a gift when they purchase from me, so I do take pride in my packaging. I am crafty and love making things, so if you are purchasing jewellery as a gift, send me an email or contact me on Facebook/Instagram  before/after you place your order and give me the details and I can make a gift card for you.

 

If for some reason your items were damaged in transit, please take a photo and notify me at hello@littlered.shop as soon as possible. From there, we can discuss the options available.
